Once my questions were answered and we agreed on a price, they offered to deliver my vehicle across the state to my home. The communication was amazing. Pat (the delivery driver) made contact the night before the scheduled delivery, again when he left the Dealership and once more when he was 30 minutes out. When he arrived he was pleasant, professional and very attentive to my needs. The whole experience was a great reminder of true Customer Service. The sales staff was uniformly friendly and respectful, starting with the receptionist. Our sales rep, Sierra Bayha, put my daughter and I at ease and made the whole process understandable and comfortable. No high pressure and everything was transparent with explanations in plain English. Top marks for Sierra. We got exactly what we needed at a fair price.

Little did I know In July 2021, when I first initiated the process of ordering and installing a truck cover for my new Sierra Denali it would take until September 2021, to be completed. Between wrong orders, missing parts and the lack of transparency it unfortunately became a “comedy-of-errors”. Then Cheryl Hendricks stepped in and took ownership and leadership, minus the excuses. Thus, the job was done to my satisfaction as well as additional upgrades. She knew exactly what I wanted and her hands-on care and leadership was critical in my total satisfaction-end of story. Cheryl Hendricks knows what customer service looks like and she certainly exemplified what Seller’s should cultivate in customer service. It was “refreshing”, in our contemporary work place where passing-the-buck, customer submission and good-enough is often the mantra.

I’ve had to come back way so many times within weeks for the same issues in my Terrain, making my “certification” as a certified GM technician SO smooth I don’t even need to wear a uniform..-Per last conversation with actual GM careerman. Thank you Andrew for actually seeming concerned and trying to help with my walk up list of New Car issues. Also, a shout out to Lance (who didn’t already have any stars set up so he could skim my praise) for genuinely helping patch up other’s lacking efforts by simply offering to fill a tire as it wasn’t completed in a previous service. Thank you guys for still coming to work and helping a sister out when she’s in dire need of service that won’t bring her back with the same results the following week. I’ve spent 2 decades in the service and hospitality industry, thanks to Seller’s, I have added the GMC Owner’s Manuals in my toolbox ;) Be Kind.
